Danielle Dudai, Esq.
Danielle Dudai concentrates her practice on corporate and partnership matters, business transactions, business litigation, blockchain, and cryptocurrency compliance. She serves as outside general counsel to several small and mid-sized businesses in Florida and Texas, both states where Danielle is admitted to practice. Danielle is also a former prosecutor and a formidable litigator, having taken over 80 cases to trial, with at least 50 of those being jury trials. With over a decade of litigation and transactional experience, she regularly advises the businesses she represents with litigation strategy, risk mitigation, acquisitions, capital raising, partnership and formation documents, SEC and Blue-Sky compliance with regard to Regulation D, buy-sell agreements, employee contracts and policies, and other operational matters.
Danielle continues to be selected by her peers as a Florida Rising Star by Super Lawyers for her work in business and corporate litigation and was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the Broward County Bar Association. Danielle is also a public arbitrator with the Financial Industry Regulation Authority (“FINRA”).
While in law school, Danielle was the winner of the 2008 Feinreider Upper class Moot Court Competition and winner of Second-Best Brief in the NAPABA Thomas Tang International Moot Court Competition for the U.S. Southern Region.
