Amanda brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions and the e-commerce sector, making her a trusted advisor for clients navigating complex business landscapes. Amanda’s negotiation skills have been pivotal in successfully handling and closing multiple 7-figure business acquisitions and settling major legal disputes, showcasing her ability to think outside the box and deliver exceptional results.
With a robust background in litigation, Amanda has represented clients ranging from small businesses to billion-dollar corporations in various legal disputes, including negligence, breach of contract, and liability defense. Her transactional experience includes mergers & acquisitions, structuring partnerships, special purpose entity formation, franchising, and drafting diverse corporate documents and agreements.
In addition to her legal practice, Amanda owns a real estate investment company and has negotiated investment deals across Florida and the U.S. Her personal experience and creative approach to negotiating and structuring real estate investment transactions have seamlessly integrated into her legal services, allowing her to offer specialized counsel in real estate investments.
Amanda loves representing entrepreneurs and their businesses because her passion for business drives her commitment to helping others build their legacies, which in turn creates her own.
